Delicious, nutritious buckwheat & oat "Nutella" granola

This is one of my favourite recipes and smells amazing when it's cooking which makes a difference from the usual stuff I cook!
This granola is also far healthier than the store bought ones which I often find are loaded with refined wheat and sugar.
"Nutella" granola with cacao & hazelnuts

Recipe (makes 3/4 small portions perfect for yogurt)
-75g of buckwheat groats or flakes
-
75g oats
-45g hazelnuts (or you can use sunflower seeds etc)
-20g cacao powder
-10g maca powder
-10g vanilla powder (yellow stuff), however if you're using pure ground vanilla pod then use approx 1/8 tspn or you can use some vanilla extract
-2 tablespoons of oil
-2 tablespoons maple syrup (add a touch more syrup if you like it sweet)

Directions

Preheat oven to 150C (if using seeds, lower the temp to around 120C so that they don't burn but you'll need to wait a bit longer for the mix to go crunchy)
Bash the hazelnuts up with a rolling pin or keep whole if you prefer
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl, stir, then pour in the oil and maple syrup and give it a good mix
Spread out on a large lined baking tray in a single layer if possible, it'll be crunchier if it isn't all piled ontop of itself
Bake for around 20 minutes then leave to cool and store in an air tight container
